My apologies for being so remiss in my musings but the past two months living in Paris has been a roller coaster ride that I could not have begun to imagine ~ having a place to live, then not having a place to live, finding an apartment in Paris, finding a job in Paris, cooking dinner for a Hollywood legend, working for the most famous pastry chef in the world, and being rescued in the subway at 5:30am by the maintenance train…
I promise I’ll get y’all caught up on life in Paris and in a French pastry kitchen “tout de suite”. A sneak peak below of one of the patisseries I make every morning called the Ispahan, named after the rose. Many more sweet details to come…
