My other comment is to note how much of an influence our fresh markets have had at safeway. This kind of squash diversity would have been impossible there even 5 years ago.

Menlo Park, eh? We must have a few things in common. I spent four years down there at Stanford, and going to the Stanford in Tours program was a huge life change. I never get back to the Bay Area, though...which I regret.
