I was on a pie roll this summer and all it took was one look at the gorgeous apricots and tiny Cirafine strawberries to get baking. This is the same pie I made on Bastille Day, I just added these precious little strawberries...

Thos strawberries look perfect! I'll have to give this a try as our summer is just around the corner :) Is there any filling other than the strawberries and apricots?
