Was this finished off in the broiler? I tried a smaller one recently and it was dried out. My oven is notoriously hot, so I need to moderate the times and temps down. I love the goat cheese addition.

hi todd, i sure did. if your broiler is too hot, lower the shelf and keep the oven door open a crack so you can watch it. the goat cheese rocks! :) bon appetit!
